Use light to medium pressure for 5-10 minutes, 2-3 times weekly, to sculpt, tone, and rejuvenate. Incorporate daily for a radiant, glowing complexion.

I’ve only had a chance to use it a couple of times, but I like it. Smells nice, makes my skin feel good, but I have used products like this for a long time. Wait to see how the stone affects lymph edema
